Struan Moore Co-founder
Former professional racing driver, turned sports agent, Struan transitioned into sports management after honing his expertise at one of the leading agencies in the motorsport industry. Based in Monaco, he's worked across Formula 1 and represented drivers in Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula E, and sportscar manufacture programmes worldwide, combining insight with modern commercial and sporting career management.
Chris Buncombe Co-founder
Le Mans 24 Hour LMP2 winner and former professional GT driver, Chris is now a highly respected sports agent within motorsport, amongst other sports. With decades of experience at the highest level in racing, he specialises in driver management, partnerships, brand activation, and commercial strategy. Chris brings a wealth of experience across F1, endurance racing and major manufacture programmes worldwide.

Every athlete is treated on an individual basis - there is no fixed model.
Professional drivers typically engage through a tailored retainer and/or performance-based commission structure, aligned to income streams and long-term career value. Drivers funding their own programmes benefit from structured management support, ensuring professional-level guidance on where and how to invest, protecting budgets and maximising return.
Aspiring drivers and early-stage talent may enter through a progressive fee model aligned to performance, potential and long-term development. This approach allows FATE Sports Group to support elite professionals and future stars with the same level of commitment, discretion and ambition.
